Four days’ exploration of cheesemongers in Paris with Academie Director Sue Sturman, a day-long excursion to a cheesemaker and a winemaker in Sancerre with Meilleur Ouvrier de France (fromager) François Robin, a guided visit to Rungis, an opportunity to judge cheese at the French National Concours Général Agricole, and VIP entry to the Salon du Fromage.
This program will involve a great deal of walking. Professionals only.

- Four days guided visits and discussions (32+ hours)
