Come to the nexus of the American Artisanal Cheese movement: San Francisco and Marin Counties. We will visit San Francisco’s top cheesemongers, and travel up the magnificent coastline to visit with some of Marin County’s longest- established and also newest cheesemakers and retailers. We will also attend the new Yountsville Cheese Festival organized by Sheana Davis.
This program will involve a great deal of walking. Professionals only.
